Hi, I’m Joel Parra—a problem-solver at heart with a passion for making things run smoothly. With an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and over 10 years of experience, I’ve had the opportunity to wear many hats—each one giving me a fresh perspective on what makes businesses and events thrive.

From human resources to executive management, project management, and event planning, I’ve worked across industries that range from hospitality and consulting to e-commerce and green technology. Whether it's creating streamlined operations or planning a memorable event, I bring a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to everything I do.

I also ran Just Planned Events, a Boston-based wedding planning firm for over nine years. For me, it’s all about the details—the little things that make the biggest difference—and I apply that same care and precision to the businesses and events I work on.
